Pick up the interesting topics of naval security from the U.S. Department of Defense and U.S. Navy trend reports and so on. Also, I will make a note and follow on my ideas.

National Security Strategy of Japan December, 2022

I was surprised by the way the National Strategy was written, which is a very different step from the wording of the second clause of the preface to the Japanese Constitution.

In the Constitution of Japan, "We trust in the justice and faith of peace-loving peoples." Hmmm.

The perception of the current situation as written in the National Strategy is entirely reasonable, and a certain number of objections are always likely to be biased opinions.

In other words, we are reminded that Japan has enjoyed the benefits of peace brought about by the post-World War II Cold War structure and the global economy in recent years.

Still, it is not appropriate to leave in place a resolution that could be said to violate the Constitution.
Does the government's urgency mean that the situation is that tense and that there is little time left?

Aside from the ideology that each side holds, a revision based on current factual perceptions is called for Constitution.

National Security Strategy of Japan
December, 2022

I Purpose
The international community is facing changes defining an era.
We are reminded once again that globalization and interdependence alone cannot serve as a guarantor for peace and development across the globe. The free, open, and stable international order, which expanded worldwide in the post-Cold War era, is now at stake with serious challenges amidst historical changes in power balances and intensifying geopolitical competitions.

In the preamble to the Constitution of Japan,
We, the Japanese people, desire peace for all time and are deeply conscious of the high ideals controlling human relationship, and we have determined to preserve our security and existence, trusting in the justice and faith of the peace-loving peoples of the world.
