Outline of supplementary budget for Reiwa3 fiscal year

It's getting a little colder, and it's state December from tomorrow.
By the way, "Outline of supplementary budget for Reiwa3 fiscal year" was published on the Japan Defense ministry's website. https://www.mod.go.jp/j/yosan/yosan_gaiyo/2021/yosan_20211126.pdf
The Ministry of Defense's supplementary budget was 773.8 billion yen, of which about 300 billion yen was recorded in procurement of equipment as prior investment (mainly ammunition and aircraft) of the budget for fiscal 2014, and 400 billion yen was recorded in advance payment of the burden in the future fiscal years.
In terms of overview, aircraft and missile ammunition are roughly half of the total, and missiles are allocated to PAC-3 (MSE).
(Strengthening comprehensive missile air defense capabilities) [97.8 billion yen]
(strengthening capacity in sea and air area) [82.5 billion yen]
(strengthening sustainability and resilience) [39.5 billion yen]
(strengthening mobility and deployment capacity) [61.9 billion yen]
Also, it seems that the budget per unit will be increased with the impression that personnel measures such as clothing (68), PCR inspection equipment (10) and Self-Defense Forces facilities are thickly incorporated.
In the budget since the after 04 budget, it will be widely noticed to what will be the supplementation to reductions by forward-loaded procurement and prepayment of the burden in the following fiscal year.
